Pacific Resort Hotel Group (PRHG) is delighted to announce that Pacific Resort Aitutaki, Pacific Resort Rarotonga and Te Manava Luxury Villas & Spa have been nominated in the 2014 World Travel Awards - the ultimate travel accolade.
After an exhaustive selection process which saw hundreds of travel organisations enter, World Travel Awards has revealed the nominees for its 2014 Australasian gala ceremony. Hailed as “the Oscars of the travel industry”, the World Travel Awards are dominated by the crème de la crème and all three PRHG properties have received nominations in five different regional award categories.
The world renowned 5-star Pacific Resort Aitutaki, made up of a collection of 27 luxurious beachfront accommodations, has been nominated in three categories: Australasia’s Leading Boutique Island Resort 2014, Australasia's Leading Boutique Resort 2014 and Australasia's Leading Resort 2014 – an outstanding achievement recognising the resort’s excellence in luxury accommodation.
Rarotonga’s popular family friendly resort, the boutique Pacific Resort Rarotonga is also a top performer receiving nominations in both the Australasia's Leading Family Resort 2014 and Australasia's Leading Boutique Resort 2014 categories – reinforcing the properties reputation as the Cook Islands’ premiere family resort.
Finally, 5-star Te Manava Luxury Villas & spa which offers ultimate luxury villa accommodation received a nomination in the Australasia's Leading Villa Resort 2014 category.
