Getting There
Air New Zealand – operate regular direct scheduled flights from New Zealand and North America (LAX). There are also connecting flights from Australia, Asia and Europe.
Pacific Blue – operate directly weekly services out of New Zealand, with connecting flights from Australia.
Air Rarotonga – operates weekly code share services in conjunction with Air Tahiti from Papeete (Tahiti).

Currency
The unit of currency is the New Zealand dollarm, supplemented by coinage minted for local use, which is not negotiable outside the Cook Islands.
Climate
Sunny temperatures range between 23 and 29 degrees Celcius (73-84 farenheight). In July to September, the temperature ranges between 19 and 25 Celcius (66-77 farenheight).Severe weather whilst possible during the summer season between November and March is normally rare and infrequent.
Language
Cook Islands Maori is the local language but everyone also speaks English. The resort also has multi-lingual employees.
