Our next stage of development is due for completion early to mid-2010.

This next stage includes five brand new villa suites (a room category that combines the best of a hotel room suite and luxury villa all in one) ideal for the couples market: 3 x beachfront villa suites and 2 x garden villa suites.

The overall size of these brand new villa suites will be approximately 100 sq m, each with their own private pool, fully equipped kitchen and all the Te Manava luxury five star fixtures and fittings. These Villa Suites are scheduled to open on the 1st of March 2010.

We also have an Ultimate Beachfront Villa (3 bedroom) opening on the 1st of June 2010. This villa will boast the same standards as our existing Ultimate Beachfront Villas only with a different layout and an extra bedroom.

Our on-site Guest Service office is scheduled to open on the 1st of February 2010 and an on-site restaurant/cafe is also earmarked for late 2010.

Exact completion dates, rates and floor plans will be posted on our website as they become available closer to the date.
