This massage style relies upon deep pressure massage to break down tense tissue as well as long strokes and skin rolling to relieve tension, improve circulation, ease and promote harmony of body, mind and soul. This treatment will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed, rejuvenated and re-energised and it will definitely improve circulation, calm your nerves, and alter your mental state.
